ReActivate success
We sent a survey to all users who had completed the free ReActivate training and gained their certificate. The survey asked these individuals a number of open and closed questions in order to gain insight into the reasons they had undertaken the training and to also assess the effectiveness of the training they received. The email with the survey request was sent on the 26th January 2021 (six months after the training first became available in July 2020). The survey went out to 8094 users who had completed the ReActivate training at that time. 849 users responded to the survey which is approximately a 10% sample size.
The following document outlines and summarises the answers from the survey in addition to highlighting the insights we were able to draw from those who responded.
